***Contact me for next start date***

An hour and a half on Friday mornings from mid September for 4 weeks. Main price is £100, book before the end of August to pay early bird price of £80

It can be a challenging time in our lives. The fall out from the Menopause and Perimenopause is often more than physical and can affect our whole way of being.

To offer support with this we are putting together a small group of women for some therapy and psycho-education sessions.

Over 4 weeks we will be discussing:-

Identity - who are you? How is that changing? Who would you like to be?

Self-Esteem - are you struggling to hold your self in high esteem with all that life is throwing at you currently? What would help you to feel better about yourself?

Relationships - where are you in your family and romantic relationships, would you like to see change here, how would that work?

Habits - what is going to help as you approach the next phase of your life. We will discuss sleep, eating, self care and much more.

So come along and unpack what’s going on for you, accompanied by two qualified, interested and empathic therapists.

As you can see from the pages of my website, I am an experienced counsellor, I have run groups on various topics and I also teach Counselling to Diploma level. I love to offer the opportunity for people to explore their lives and reflect on what changes might help them.

My colleague Keeley Salmon is co hosting the group, find out more about her here

We are running this group as we know how hard it can be to navigate these mid life changes. Menopause and Perimenopause can rob women of their confidence, sense of purpose and self esteem. The psychological effects leak into every part of our lives, challenging our identity and relationships and making us question everything.

The group will be a safe space to discuss these issues, seek support from others in the same phase of life and understand a little about our motivations and actions.

Each week we will unpack a different theme, discussing what changes we can make to help us cope with the menopause but also think about our lives now and afterwards. What needs to change and what needs to stay the same.

I hope you can join us on this exploration of ourselves and our wellbeing.

The 4 week course costs £100. The themes covered will be Identity, Self-Esteem, relationships and habits.
